What Can I Expect?
What Will the Worship Service Be Like?
A typical service at Pella Nazarene lasts for about 60 minutes. Our services begin with a time of singing, followed by a dedicated prayer time, and a biblically based sermon. We encourage you to join us in singing, praying, and listening to the Word of God. We hope you will find our services to be a time of worship, encouragement, and spiritual growth.
When Are Services?
Our Weekly Worship Services are at 10:30 AM. We have Sunday School hour at 9:30 AM. In addition to our Sunday worship we have a Small Group session that meets at 6:00 in the fellowship hall. That small group time usually concludes with a light meal and fellowship. We also open our doors every Wednesday at 4:oo PM for a time of prayer. We look forward to you joining us!
What About My Kids?
For kids 2 and under we offer nursery. The nursery is conveniently located just outside the sanctuary. We will get you acquainted with it as soon as we meet you and can show you the way! We LOVE kids!
What Is the Church Community Like at Pella Nazarene?
We are a small community who look to worship God authentically. We are far from perfect! Come as you are and join us. We invite anyone who wants to learn about who God is from the perspective of the bible to come visit. You will find you belong here!
